Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data ToolVerse AI collects, why, and how you stay in control.

1. Information we collect

  • Nothing for browser-based tools. Image, PDF, developer, design and calculator tools run entirely on your device. Those files are never uploaded.
  • AI prompts. Text you send to AI tools is transmitted to our AI provider (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, HuggingFace or Cloudflare) to generate a response.
  • Chat history. Conversations in the AI Chat Studio are stored on our server and linked to an anonymous browser session identifier — never to your name or email.
  • Uploaded chat files. Files you attach in the chat are stored temporarily so the AI can read them. You can delete them at any time.
  • Anonymous usage counts. We record which tool was opened or used, along with a one-way hashed IP address. This cannot be reversed to identify you.
  • Contact form. If you write to us, we store your name, email and message so we can reply.

2. Cookies and advertising

We use essential session cookies to keep the site and chat features working. If Google AdSense or another advertising partner is enabled on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising.

Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Users can manage personalized advertising choices through Google Ads Settings. We will update this policy when advertising technologies or vendors change.

3. How we use your data

Only to operate the service: generating AI responses, saving your conversations, replying to your messages, preventing abuse, and understanding which tools are popular.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. Prompts are shared only with the AI provider processing your request. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

5. Retention

  • Chat conversations: until you delete them, or automatically when your session data is cleared.
  • Uploaded files: deleted with the conversation, or automatically after 48 hours if unused.
  • Anonymous usage counts: up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can delete any conversation or uploaded file from the chat interface at any time. To request removal of a contact message, email us at nexabox49@gmail.com.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and all database access uses prepared statements. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
