ToolVerse AI provides free online tools, an AI chat assistant and design creators. Tools are offered "as is" with fair-usage limits.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, hateful or deceptive.
• Generate malware, spam, phishing content or material that infringes copyright.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, overload our servers, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload files containing malicious code or another person's private data without consent.

3. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, outdated or biased. Always review and verify results before relying on them — especially code, legal, medical or financial content. You are responsible for how you use the output.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you type, upload or create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your request and display your results.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolVerse AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.

7. Service changes

We may improve, update, replace or discontinue individual tools and features as the service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the main service available and useful.

8. Termination

We may restrict or block access if these terms are violated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts there.
